New book by Ziyanda Mavumengwana

You’re Okay, but the stuff that happened to you wasn’t is based on the premise that we’re born inherently good and worthy, but life begins to happen to us. When “not okay” experiences happen often enough, we may start believing that perhaps we are the ones that aren’t okay. This book guides your journey back to your place of wholeness. You’re not broken, and at the end of the book, I hope you’ll believe it too.

You’re Okay, But The STuff That Happened To You Wasn’t

You’re Okay, but the stuff that happened to you wasn’t is based on the premise that we’re born inherently good and worthy, but life begins to happen to us. When “not okay” experiences happen often enough, we may start believing that perhaps we are the ones that aren’t okay.

This book guides your journey back to your place of wholeness. You’re not broken, and at the end of the book, I hope you’ll believe it too.

“My wish for you is that you accept yourself, your complete self and your multi-layered story as you journey back to your place of being ok. You are ok, you always have been. I believe it, I hope one day, you believe it as well.”
